Because each order is personalized, we cannot honor refund requests for In Case of EMERGENCY Notification Cards. Refunds will be given only for other products purchased from this site and which are returned to us in unused and resalable condition at the address below along with the original invoice. IN CASE OF EMERGENCY.COM EXPRESSLY WARRANTS THAT ALL NOTIFICATION CARDS AND OTHER ITEMS PURCHASED FROM IN CASE OF EMERGENCY.COM WILL BE OF GOOD MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP, AND FREE FROM DEFECTS IN DESIGN, MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR THAT BEGINS ON THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO THE MAILING ADDRESS SUPPLIED BY THE CUSTOMER. NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE, OR FITNESS FOR AN INTENDED PURPOSE, ARE MADE OR GIVEN BY IN CASE OF EMERGENCY.COM. IN ANY EVENT, THE CUSTOMER’S OR USER’S REMEDIES AND DAMAGES ARE LIMITED TO $100.00, OR THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE NOTIFICATION CARD OR OTHER ITEMS, PLUS THE COSTS OF SHIPPING AND HANDLING ACTUALLY PAID BY THE CUSTOMER, WHICHEVER IS LESS. We collect only information volunteered by the customer, including survey information and/or site registrations. Our Web server does not recognize information regarding the domain or e-mail address of persons visiting this site, and we do not set any cookies on visiting computers. The information volunteered by customers is collected and used only to produce In Case of EMERGENCY Notification Cards, or to improve the content of our Web page. We do not share information with other organizations for commercial or other purposes. All information is stored in a secured database for a short period until the order has been fulfilled. When your order has been fulfilled, the information is moved to an offline database for storage. IN CONSIDERATION THEREOF, THE USER OR CUSTOMER AGREES TO RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE IN CASE OF EMERGENCY.COM, ITS OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS, AND ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND ANY PARTIES PARTICIPATING ON BEHALF OF IN CASE OF EMERGENCY.COM FROM ALL ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTION, INJURIES, CLAIMS, DAMAGES, COSTS OR EXPENSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ANY NEGLIGENCE, GROWING OR ARISING OUT OF THE NOTIFICATION CARD, INCLUDING ITS USE BY BY THE CUSTOMER OR USER OR BY OTHERS ON THEIR BEHALF. THIS IS A FULL AND COMPLETE RELEASE FOR ALL INJURIES AND DAMAGES THE USER OR CUSTOMER MAY SUSTAIN AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE NOTIFICATION CARD, REGARDLESS OF THE SPECIFIC CAUSE THEREOF.
