Babysitter/Emergency Information Vinyl Envelope

Originally designed with parents of young children in mind, this envelope can be used by virtually anyone who wants to keep emergency information organized and readily available. This vinyl envelope is made with magnetic strips and can be attached firmly to the refrigerator. The red color and vivid "In Case of EMERGENCY" lettering draw immediate attention to the eye. A babysitter information form, containing vital information including a “consent for treatment” authorization, can be downloaded free from our web site and can be reprinted as many times as information changes – at no cost. In the event of an emergency, a babysitter or caregiver can relay information to a dispatch operator or hand the envelope to an emergency responder.

These envelopes can also be used for a caregiver for the elderly, handicapped or convalescing or simply used in the home of someone with important medical and/or contact information that needs to be accessed in the event of an emergency. A free Emergency Form suitable for adults can be downloaded from our web site, updated as frequently as needed, and kept readily available in the refrigerator envelope. Belt/Strap Info Pocket

Designed for parents with infants, toddlers and young children in mind, our Belt/Strap Info Pocket has "In Case of EMERGENCY" printed on the face of the highly reflective material. It has two insert cards (one to use and one as a spare) that can hold the same information as the Emergency Notification Card (see below). In the event of an accident this Belt/Strap Info Pocket could help an emergency responder determine the child’s parent(s), grandparents or other person to notify. The Velcro® makes it easy to attach around a seat belt near the car seat. It can also be attached to a stroller or diaper bag. The babysitter information form, complete with “consent for treatment” authorization, can be downloaded from our web site and folded to fit into the pocket. The downloadable form can be reprinted as many times as information changes – at no cost.

In Case of EMERGENCY Notification Cards - Only $13.95 each.

Our signature product, the Emergency Notification Card is convenient and easy to carry. Made of plastic and the same size as most credit cards, the card is durable and waterproof. The card is carefully designed to provide an adequate amount of information for emergency personnel, but not enough information on it's own to facilitate “identity theft” if lost. Most important, each person decides exactly what information they want and don’t want printed on the card. All information on the card is optional.

Each card is personalized with the persons name, city, state, country, birth month & year, organ donor preference and primary language. There is room for up to six (6) contact names, phone numbers, phone type (Cell, Work, Home, etc.), and relationship to the cardholder. Each card also holds up to 240 characters of text information important for emergency medical personnel to know for treatment in the event of an accident (such as chronic conditions, medications or allergies). All information on the card is optional.

A digital photograph can easily be added to further personalize the notification card. We have integrated an on-line digital photo editing utility and is available at no additional charge on our web site. This utility will allow anyone with a digital (640 X 480 max.) photo in his or her computer to edit and crop the photo to fit perfectly onto the card – no special photographs are necessary. When ordering a card, the edited photo can be attached in the same manner as you would use when attaching a file using email – it’s that simple!


Breakaway Safety Lanyard - Only $2.95 each.

Our breakaway safety lanyard has the wording "In Case of EMERGENCY" and white medical cross symbols printed on both sides the entire length of the strap to attract attention of any EMT providing aid. The Emergency Notification Card can be attached to a lanyard and worn under a shirt or jacket while walking, jogging or golfing. Made of a soft nylon mesh fabric the lanyard is 34" long with a safety breakaway latch that pulls apart with a slight tug and easily reconnects.
